Personal training with MD Fitness is exactly that-PERSONAL. No matter your fitness level or goal, our fitness trainers have the expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm to get you where you want to be. Our 30-minute one-on-one sessions are built around your schedule, pace, and goals. Our trainers specialize in weight loss, strength, cardiovascular, sport-specific conditioning, functional training, and flexibility.

Our certified trainers will create a personalized fitness program tailored to your needs and goals. You even have the option to bring a friend for the same cost!
